Biotronik Magmaris® Stent

Biotronik Magmaris® is the first clinically proven bioabsorbable magnesium stent designed for the treatment of de novo coronary artery stenosis.​

🔹 Magnesium-based structure — Magmaris® is made from a proprietary magnesium alloy that provides strong radial support while being fully resorbable within approximately 12 months.​
🔹 BIOlute® active coating — the stent is coated with a bioenergetic polymer layer containing the drug sirolimus, ensuring controlled drug release and reducing the risk of restenosis.​
🔹 High deliverability — Magmaris® offers high flexibility, facilitating stent placement in complex vascular segments.​
🔹 Clinical efficacy — data from the BIOSOLVE-IV study demonstrated that Magmaris® provides high clinical outcomes.​
